The Senator representing Ekiti Central Senatorial District and Chairman, Senate on Judiciary, Hunan Rights and Legal Matters, Sen. Michael Opeyemi Bamidele casted his votes at Eyelori Compound, Unit 003, in Ward B, Iyin-Ekiti., Ekiti State.

The federal lawmaker arrived his polling unit at exactly 1:30 pm, joined the cue of voters. He stood in for accreditation and subsequently cast his vote for the governorship candidate of his choice.

Addressing journalists after casting his votes, Bamidele said the voting process has been very peaceful, calm and orderly so far across the state especially judging by media commentries and his experience in his polling unit.
