On Sunday 24, December 2023, the Leader of the Senate, Sen. (Dr.) Michael Opeyemi Bamidele, CON in company of the Oluyin of Iyin-Ekiti,, Oba Adeola Adeniyi Ajakaiye commenced the inspection of his ongoing constituency projects located within Ekiti Central Senatorial District.

Some of the projects include the Construction of an Event Center in Iyin-Ekiti, the Construction of 15KM Iyin-IIawe Road, Construction of the Intensive Care Unit at the General Hospital, Iyin-Ekiti, the Modernization of Oluyin Market and the Construction of Administrative Blocks at the Government Science College, Iyin-Ekiti.
